General description of the service

Provision of information about the Schützenlisl^® Volkssängerzelt at the Munich Oktoberfest as well as the possibility to reserve tables online and purchase vouchers.

Explanations on the implementation of the service

The services are provided electronically via our website and the integrated subdomain of the reservation system ("Festzelt OS" at reservierung.schuetzenlisl.de) using standard web browsers. The process includes the non-binding reservation request, the entry of customer data and the selection of menus and vouchers.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website in such a way that it is fully accessible to all users. We are therefore continuously working to fully implement the requirements of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSGV).

Our website currently partially implements the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA).

Non-accessible content The content and functions listed below are not yet fully accessible:

Alternative text for images: Some decorative graphics or images do not yet have sufficient descriptive alternative text for screen reader users.
PDF documents: Forms that are provided as PDF downloads (e.g. for voucher orders by email) are currently not fully formatted for accessibility.
Color contrasts: In some text and background combinations, the minimum contrast required for optimal readability is not yet achieved throughout.
Reservation system: When using the integrated reservation form ("Festzelt OS"), there may be restrictions for users of assistive technologies (such as keyboard navigation), for example in the visibility of the keyboard focus. We are in contact with our software provider to improve accessibility.
